| 摘 要： | 通过相关文献分析与实证调查，了解到小学信息技术课程教学还存在不被重视，教学目标、内容、方法与师资不适应培养学生信息素养能力的要求。针对这些问题，提出教育主管部门与学校必须重视信息技术课程的开设，信息技术课程必须以加强学生信息素养能力的培养为重等。
