| 摘 要： | 对福建省几所转型高校教师体育锻炼现状进行了同卷调查,经数理统计,结果显示：福建省转型高校教师参与体育锻炼的意识较弱,体育人口约占22.84%;体育锻炼项目以散步跑步、球类为主;体育锻炼动机以健身、陪子女（亲人）运动和消遣娱乐为主;锻炼场所以本校体育场馆、住家附近的空地为主;时间和兴趣是影响教师参与体育锻炼的主要原因.本研究针对存在的问题,提出改善教师体育锻炼状况的相应对策.

| Abstract: | A questionnaire investigation is carried out upon university teachers' physical training in some of Fujian's universities in transition.The result shows that the above-mentioned teachers have a weak sense of participation in physical training,and the number of the people involved in sports takes up some 22.84% of the total university teachers.Walking,running and ball games are the basic forms of training program.They get themselves involved in the physical training mainly for the purpose of keeping fit,accompanying their children or relatives, recreating and entertaining.They do sports mainly in the university's stadium or in the clearings near which they live.Time and interest are the two main elements affecting the teachers' participation in sports.In this article,I,in allusion of existing problems,bring forward the corresponding countermeasures aiming at the improvement of the teachers' physical training state. |
