| 摘 要： | 本文主要通过文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,对笔者所在院校的校园体育活动现状进行研究。目前学院所开展的体育活动除了常规的体育课程,还包括学院运动会、春秋季体育节、社团体育活动、"运动世界校园"健康跑、校外体育竞赛以及学生体质健康测试。提出四点优化校园体育活动的方法:首先,丰富社团组织形式,吸引学生参与社团活动;其次,增加运动会项目,让学生有更多的锻炼机会;再者,改进体育节活动,鼓励学生积极参与;最后,完善体育设施,提高学生体育锻炼的机会。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly studies the current situation of campus sports activities in the author’s college by means of literature data method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods. At present,the sports activities carried out by the college include not only regular sports courses,but also college sports events,spring and autumn sports festivals,community sports activities, "sports world campus"health running,off-campus sports competitions,and student physical health tests. It puts forward four ways to optimize campus sports activities:first,enrich the form of community organization and attract students to participate in community activities;second,increase the number of sports events,so that students have more exercise opportunities;furthermore,improve the sports festival to encourage active participation by students;finally,improve sports facilities and improve students’ opportunities for physical exercise. |
