| 摘 要： | 评断者的多元化导致了司法公正在客观上具有相对性。评断者对司法公正与否的主观评断各具特点,也各有局限。基于司法公正相对性原理下,司法对策一是要坚持裁判者为主导,二是要注意倾听民意,三是要加强与社会的沟通。

| Abstract: | Judges’ diversity leads to judicial justice objectively relative.Their subjective judgments have distinct characteristics and limitations.Based on the principle of relativity of judicial justice,we should always take the judge as the leading role,pay attention to public opinions and strengthen the communication with the society. |
