| Abstract: | The contractor's construction claim gist, claim procedure and collection of evidence under the FIDIC condition of contract are mainly discussed in this paper. The way to resolve claim is analyzed. This is beneficial for the international construction contractors to carry out the construction claims, increase their managent level and gain profits. |
