| 摘 要： | 劳资关系的稳定、和谐，不仅关系到企业发展，还关系到社会的和谐。随着民营经济的进一步发展，民营企业劳资关系中的问题和矛盾日益突出。调整好劳资关系，需要包括政府、企业和劳动者在内的诸多主体发挥各自作用．共同努力．借助新的劳动合同法的实施，综合运用各种手段，促进民营企业的劳动关系不断和谐，进而促进社会和谐。
