| 摘 要： | 为了进一步推进课程改革,全面实施素质教育,应该提升课程改革的决策层次,为课程改革立法;建立课程问责制度,提高教育政策执行力;增加经费投入,提供课程改革的财政保障;完善评价系统和加强课程改革基础研究,提高课程改革决策的科学性等。

| Abstract: | To further the curriculum reform and implement the quality education in an all-round way, we should raise the level of curriculum reform decision-making and make laws for the curriculum reform; establish the responsibility system to strengthen the implementation of educational policies; increase the investment of funds to provide the fiscal guarantee for the curriculum reform; improve the evaluating system and further the study of curriculum reform to make the curriculum reform decision-making more scientific. |
