| 摘 要： | 一个党员就是一面旗帜,一个党员就是一个标杆,而这一面面旗帜、一个个标杆是通过共产党员的先锋模范作用的实践树立起来的。文章概述了共产党员发挥先锋作用的重要意义,着重讨论了新的历史条件下共产党员要在提高为人民服务的质量中、在建设学习型社会中、在构建社会主义和谐社会中、在弘扬社会主义荣辱观中发扬先锋模范作用的实践问题。

| Abstract: | A communist is a flag.A communist is a survey pole.But all of these are build by communists' examples.Based on the important meaning of communists' examples,the practice of their examples are discussed in the four aspects: better service for people,the construction of learning-style society,the building of harmonious socialist society and socialist ethics. |
