| 摘 要： | 五千年的农业文明使我国广大农村积淀了极其厚重的非物质文化,如何保护好这些弥足珍贵的文化珍宝成为全社会关注的焦点。农村的民间文化组织是文化遗产保护工作的组织者,是文化遗产原真性保护的促进者,是文化遗产生产性保护中社区利益的维护者,也是农村公共文化产品的有效供给者。通过有效的管理途径,积极发挥它们在非物质文化遗产保护事业中的独特作用,是保障农村优秀传统文化持续传承和推进新农村文化建设事业健康发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The five -thousand -year agricultural civilization history has accumulated more and more intangible cultural heritage in our country＇ s vast rural areas, but how to protect these rare cultural treas- ures has now become a social focus. On the other hand, the rural non - governmental organizations have become organizers of the intangible cultural heritage conservation, promoters of the intangible, cultural heritage originality conservation, vindicators of community benefits in the constructive protection of the intangible cultural her/tage and effective providers of rural public cultural products. It is therefore a resultful way to bring these organizations, through effective management, into unique effect in the conservation of the intangible cultural heritage, so as to ensure the rural traditional culture transmitting and healthy development of new rural culture construction. |
