| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入和经济关系的调整,迫切要求改善我国公共组织形象,提高办事效率,加强公共组织伦理建设。文章通过对公共组织伦理的定义、建设的价值取向和意义的研究分析,提出了加强我国公共组织伦理建设的有效途径。
