| 摘 要： | 可持续旅游发展是人类可持续发展的一个重要的具体组成部分。旅游地政府管理部门、旅游企业、旅游地居民及游客是旅游活动主要的利益相关者。可持续旅游发展必须依赖于政府管理部门对旅游企业和游客行为的强制性规制、旅游地居民的监督以及旅游企业和游客的自律。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development of tourism is one of the important parts of human sustainable development.Stakeholders of tourism destination are as fellows： local government,tourism companies,local residents,and tourists.Sustainable development of tourism is dependent on such factors as the local government compulsory controlling to tourism companies and tourists behavior,supervision of local residents,and self-discipline of tourism companies and tourists. |
