V型发动机错拐曲轴轴系动力学仿真

摘    要:本文通过Pro/E建立了某采用错拐曲轴的V6车用汽油机曲柄连杆机构实体模型,并利用其参数分析模块得到了GT-Crank软件建模所需的各零部件的质量、几何特性等参数,进而应用GT-Crank软件对该汽油机曲柄连杆机构进行了动力学仿真计算,得到了该曲轴轴系的主轴承载荷、输出扭矩及轴系不平衡力和力矩。对比分析试验数据和相关文献的研究结果表明,动力学仿真计算结果是合理的。

Abstract:By the means of the Pro/E tool, the solid body model of the stagger crankshaft mechanism of a V6 vehicle gasoline engine was established and the data as the mass, geometric size of the all concerned parts were obtained. Based on these, dynamic simulations and analyses for the stagger crankshaft mechanism were conducted using GT-Crank software, the loads of main bearings, the output torque, the unbalanced forces and moments were obtained. Experimental inferences and comparisons with the reported results showed the simulations reasonable.
