摘 要: | 随着高校教育规模的发展,越来越多的青年教师加入到高校教师的行列。在高校现有的培养机制下,高校青年教师如何进行自我定位,如何进行职业规划,以及如何寻求自我的发展成为每个高校青年教师必须面临的问题。本文结合作者在高校工作的体会,提出现阶段青年教师在高校发展的几种途径,为青年教师的成长提供借鉴。

Abstract: | With the development of education scale, more and more young teachers join the ranks of college teachers. Under the existing cultivation mechanism of universities, how to locate self-positioning, how to plan career, and how to seek self-devel-opment become a problem for every young university teacher. In this paper, the authors put forward several ways of present devel-opment for young teachers in universities according to the experi-ence of the authors in university, serving as a reference for the growth of young teachers. |
