基于PRO/E两侧不对称部位筋造型的探讨

摘    要:一级减速器是机械类专业学生进行零件测绘和三维实体造型的对象,特别是实体造型中对于两侧不对称处筋的造型,直接使用筋指令会造成失败。可以将筋的厚度减小来满足筋指令的使用条件。本文在不改变筋的厚度前提下,提出使用一半筋+拉伸一半筋、拉伸生成筋和变化的筋指令三种方法,实现不对称部位筋的造型。

Abstract:Students in mechanical department use reducers for mapping and 3D solid modeling, particularly reinforcement modeling in asymmetric parts of both sides, for which the application of direct reinforcement instruction may cause failure. The thickness of reinforcement can be reduced to meet the operating condition of reinforcement instruction. This paper sug- gests three methods to realize reinforcement modeling in asymmetric parts without changing reinforcement thickness, i.e. u- sing half reinforcement and stretching another reinforcement, stretching generation reinforcement and changing reinforcement instruction.
