| 摘 要： | 受国际金融危机快速蔓延和世界经济增长明显减速的影响，我国经济运行中的困难增加，当前及今后几年我国的就业形势已经并将继续受到较大影响。加强对就业指导工作的领导，建设长效机制，规范用工行为，拓展转移就业渠道，增加就业岗位，转变大学生择业价值观等，是对应目前情势下下就业压力的关键所在。

Article on the financial crisis, the plight of China＇s employment under the analysis of the causes and proposed the employment pressure in response to countermeasures. |
