摘    要:我国政府提出全面建设小康社会,要求基础教育系统为合格的人力资源打下良好的基础。基础教育的改革与发展依赖于高等师范教育提供合格的师资,主要表现在要求教师以学生为本,教师应当成为自律的专业人员,更多地关注学生的潜能发展。高等师范教育要适应基础教育的变革,应当从精英教育理念转向大众教育理念,沟通教师教育与基础教育,集中力量研究学生品质教育的难题,构建以人为本的师范教育类课程。

Abstract:The policy of constructing the well-to-do society in all-round way put forward by our government, demands the basic education system laying down the well-done base for the qualified human resources. The reform and development of the basic education depend on the qualified teachers provided by higher normal education system, and requires the teachers should take the students as the base, themselves as the self-disciplined professionals, and take much more care to develop the potentials of the students in the process of education. Higher normal education should adapt to the reform of the basic education, turning the type of talent education to the mass education, in order to link up the education of teachers and the basic education, concentrate the effort on the research of the difficulties of student virtue education and constructs the curricula of human-based normal education.
