汽轮机转子应力状态分析

摘    要:对处在高压高温工质中,并以高速旋转的汽轮和转子,其自身质量离心力引起的应力,温度差引起的热应力,转子传递扭矩,承受工质的压力和自身重量产生的弯矩引起的应力进行理论分析,并简要结合工程实际进行量化计算.为确定汽轮机启停控制指标,用来编制计算机程序的数学模型提供一定的理论基础.

Abstract:The rotor of steam turbine turning at the high speed in condition of the work inhigh pressure and temperature, the stress caused by the centrifugal force of its mass, thethermal stress caused by the difference in temperature,rotor's transmitting moment of tor-sion and the stress caused by the pressure of bearing the work and the bending moment pro-duced by its weight are analysed in theory. And quantity calculation is made to combine withactual project briefly. The specified theoretic basis is offered in order to define controlled in-dex of switching on and off the steam turbine and used to draw up mathematics at model ofthe computer programmes.
