电化学沉积制备纳米银粒子的研究

摘    要:1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑网氟硼酸盐中,在超声波氛围下采用电化学牺牲阳极法直接从金属银制备了球形银纳米粒子.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所制备样品的结构、组成以及形态进行了表征.结果表明.在小实验条件下制得的纳米银粒子杂质含量低,纯度较高,粒度分布集中,颗粒均匀一致,基本呈球形.

Abstract:In the 1 -- ethyl 3 -- methyl tetrafluoroborate, the electrochemical sacrificial anode method is used to prepare spherical silver nanoparticles directly from the metal silver, in the atmosphere of ultrasound. The structure, composition and morphology of the sample are characterized by the x--ray diffrac tion (XRD) and the transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The result shows that silver nanoparticles obtained in this experiment have the quality of having low impurity content and high purity,the particles have the characters of centralized distribution and uniform size, basically presenting the spherical.
