| 摘 要： | 企业可持续成长能力评价吸取了传统的绩效评价思想，在界定了可持续成长内涵的基础上，从社会环境、产业、技术、制度和财务五个纬度，分析影响企业可持续成长的主要变量，强调五个纬度的系统整合决定企业可持续成长能力。构建了基于五个关键纬度的三级指标体系和测评模型，有助于企业进行自我诊断和企业之间的时比诊断。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the history of performance evaluation, the evaluation system of firms' sustainable growth ability. Based on redefining the concept of sustainable growth ability, the paper analyzed the key explanatory variables from five dimensions: social and environment, industry, technology, institutional and finance, emphasizing the integration of the five dimensions in determining the sustainable growth ability of firms. Then, the paper established a three-stratum-indicator system and appraisal model, which can help firms to evaluate themselves and conduct comparative evaluation between each other. |
