| 摘 要： | 大学应该是培养创新人才的摇篮，但由于大学生激励措施的目标、效度、维度偏差，导致中国大学生缺乏创新的动力，进而导致高校毕业生能力的不足。应该综合应用目标激励、成就激励、榜样激励、情感激励、公平激励等措施，激发学生创新思维、乐于探索的潜力，培养敢于张扬个性的学术精神。

| Abstract: | Though the university should be the cradle of innovative personnel,Chinese university students lack the innovation drive which leads to their incompetence because of the deviation from the goal of incentive measures,the validity and the dimension.We should synthetically apply measures such as goal incentive,achievement incentive,example incentive,emotion incentive,fair incentive to stimulate the student′s innovative idea,explore the potentiality and develop academic spirit with individuality. |
