| 摘 要： | 江泽民法制建设思想是毛泽东、邓小平法制建设思想的丰富和发展,是"三个代表"重要思想的组成部分,是伴随着"三个代表"重要思想的形成而逐步完善的。以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体明确提出了"发展民主,健全法制,建设社会主义法治国家"的法制建设目标,并始终坚持"解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进",坚持"依法治国"与"以德治国"相统一的法制建设理念,创新并发展了"依法治国"理论。十三届四中全会以来的13年,在江泽民法制建设思想的指导下,我国社会主义法制建设取得了巨大成就,"依法治国"方略得到确立,以宪法为核心的中国特色社会主义法律体系初步形成,政府"依法行政"的意识逐步增强。江泽民法制建设思想进一步奠定了我国全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的法制建设理论基础。
