| 摘 要： | 在全球数字化浪潮影响下，校园管理与资金流通进入了信息化时代。为促进财务信息化管理，实现数字化校园建设，各高校逐步使用校园一卡通。校园一卡通在高校财务管理中具有加快信息化建设，提高财务工作效率，加强财务监管力度，规范校内经济秩序，节省成本，提高安全性等积极作用，但也存在一些问题。建议从财务管理信息共享、网络安全、账户数据安全、圈存资金监督和人员管理等方面加以完善。

| Abstract: | Campus management and flow of funds have entered the information era under the influence of global digital wave. Campus card management system is being used in universities in order to promote financial informationization management and to realize digital campus construction. Campus card management system plays positive roles in financial management, such as speeding up informationization construction, improving financial efficiency, strengthening financial supervision and management, standardizing economic order, saving the cost by cooperating still exist some problems. It is information sharing of financial with communication enterprises and banks, and improving security; but there suggested that campus management, network card management system should be perfected in terms of security, account data security, account deposit funds＇ supervision, and personnel management. |
