| 摘 要： | 对外贸易政策对一国经济的总体发展和国内各个群体的利益以及国际经济关系会产生重大影响。我国在进行了多年的贸易促进政策以后，东西部和城乡二元经济问题突出，国际贸易摩擦加剧，因此，调整外贸政策以缓和国际国内矛盾应是当前新的政策选择。

| Abstract: | A country's foreign trade strategy has a great influence on lt's national economy,domestic profit distribution and international relations.Years'export-promoting strategy has resulted in some serious problems,such as the gap between urban and rural,the uneven regional development in the eastern and the western,as well as the intensified trade frictions with other countries.therefore,a new trade policy should be adopted to alleviate these problems. |
