| 摘 要： | 开展阳光体育运动是对青少年健康,尤其是体质健康的重视,对学校体育工作支持的战略举措,加强阳光体育运动与学校体育的整合研究不但有利于当前中央阳光体育政策的落实,而且有利于解决当前学校体育改革中沉积的重大理论实践问题。采用文献资料、逻辑法、比较法等研究方法以及结合落实中央7号文件、《国家学生体质健康标准》的综合分析。认为阳光体育运动与学校体育的指导思想、目标、实施途径和要求都是一致的;中央7号等一系列文件是政策的保障;《国家学生体质健康标准》是整合的基准;两者具体内容的整合是实施的途径。学校体育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是促进青少年学生健康成长、全面发展与终身发展的奠基性工程,而＂阳光体育运动＂则进一步突出了学校体育工作的地位,活跃校园文化氛围,彰显学校体育工作特色,两者＂学与用＂的有机整合,共同增强学生的体质,发展学生的身心健康。
