| Abstract: | With the deep reform of news publishing system,there have appeared more and more specialized academic journals and digital,networked forms of communication are more popular,which has brought new challenges and opportunities to the development of local university journals.In order to have sustainable development,local university journals must identify their function orientation,give full play to their own values,and based on the university itself,integrate the advantageous resources;the editors-in-chief and other editors,should fulfill their duties and make use of the digital,networked environment which increasingly demonstrates the academic communication ability to bring the academic information value of the local university journals into play. |
