| 摘 要： | 黄酮类物质是马齿苋中的主要有效成分之一,黄酮的提取技术是近年来的研究热点.对目前马齿苋中黄酮的提取方法进行了综述,包括有机溶剂提取法、超声波提取法、微波提取法、酶解法和大孔树脂吸附法.

| Abstract: | Flavonoid is one of the most active principle in Portulaca oleracea L.The extraction of flavonoid has been one of the hottest issues.This paper reviews the research progress on the extraction of flavonoid from Portulaca oleracea L.in recent years,including the extraction technique with organic solvent,supersonic extraction,microwave extraction,enzyme extraction and macroporous resin absorption. |
