| 摘 要： | 我国的职业联赛建立于由计划经济体制向市场经济体制过渡之际,新旧体制的冲突产生许多的法律问题。其中关于纠纷解决机制的问题尤为突出。通过对联赛纠纷解决机制的研究,希望能够找出解决问题的办法,促进我国联赛的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the transitional period from planned economy to market economy,the professional league matches come into existence in China.At that time,many legal issues,especially the problem on dispute resolution system,arose as a result of conflicts between the two different economic systems.The thesis has probed into the dispute resolution system for professional league matches in order to find available solutions and push forward healthy development of professional league matches in China. |
