| 摘 要： | 海洋意识是中国海洋事业建设重要环节。面对目前国内海洋意识薄弱的现状，提升海洋意识研究就成为增强国内海洋意识的重要内容。应当在认识海洋意识重要地位的基础上，继续加强对其全方位认识的讨论，并使之理论化、系统化；挖掘和整理沿海居民特有的海洋民俗文化，增强民族自豪感，积极推动对海洋的利用和保护。

| Abstract: | Ocean consciousness is one of most construction. With the weakness of domestic marine important parts in the Chinese marine consciousness, the ocean consciousness research has become the important content to enhance domestic ocean awareness. Discussion on ocean awareness should be strengthened to make it theorize and systemize. Marine folk culture should be explored in order to promote the utilization and protection of the ocean. |
