| 摘 要： | 近几年来，随着高等职业教育事业的快速发展，青年教师成为了高职院校教师队伍中的生力军。通过对高职院校青年教师职业道德现状的问卷调查，从教师的道德修养、教学态度、师生关系和专业素质等方面进行了分析。为高职院校教师职业道德教育与研究提供了现实参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the quick development of higher vocational education,young teachers have become the main teaching force in higher vocational colleges.By conducting a survey of the status quo of young teachers' professional ethics and analyzing the moral cultivation,teaching attitude,teacher-student relationship and professional quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper provides references for the education and study of teachers' professional ethics in higher vocational colleges. |
