| 摘 要： | 任何一门学科的发展都是理论与实践相结合的产物,既需要理论研究型人才,又需要实践型人才.法律职业的本质在于实践,这就决定了我国高等院校法学教育的主要目标是培养具有实践能力的法律职业人才.“实践型”正是“法律专科”“法学本科”和“法律硕士”人才培养的目标.为实现这一目标,高校应科学安排课程学习的时间和顺序,开展“判例教学”,模拟“法庭经验”,利用高校“法律援助中心”开展诊所教学.
