| 摘 要： | 纳米中药作为中药的新剂型,具有缓释、靶向性等特点,能够降低中药的毒副作用,提高中药的治疗效果,同时对许多肿瘤的治疗显示了良好的抑制效应。拟对紫杉醇冻干纳米乳的制备及理化性质、羟基喜树碱纳米乳的制备及其抗癌作用做初步研究。

| Abstract: | Nanometer traditional Chinese medicine preparation,as a new kind of preparation,is characterized by the delayed release and targeting which can reduce the toxic side effects of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the therapeutic effect.The new Nanometer traditional Chinese medicine preparation has a better inhibition for human tumour The paper studies the basic physical and chemical characters and the preparation of Paclitaxel lyophilized nanoemulsions,while the functions of anticancer of Hydroxycamptothecin nano emulsion is also discussed. |
