| Abstract: | On the premise of specific goals of cultivation,for the majors of management in higher vocational colleges,we try to integrates the case study,unit study and scientific research into one cultivating model to foster talents needed in the labour market,namely,the compound talents,the learned-oriented,the creative and practical talents.The model tries to combine the school education with the enterprise and society management. |
