| Abstract: | The corporate social responsibility for long-term success of the positive role in enterprises was discussed from the perspective of internal,external and social function.Promote corporate social responsibility of the enterprises need the participation of all staff ultimately.Advice the enterprise employee social responsibility mechanism model would be constructed from the aspects of culture,leadership,organizational structure and incentive mechanism. |
