| 摘 要： | 从社会学和训练学的角度对制约中国网球发展的因素进行初步研究,指出社会化程度低、旧有运动员培养体制和训练水平低是影响中国网球发展的因素,并尝试提出中国网球走产业化道路,网球运动员走职业化道路,同时进一步提高教练员执教能力的发展新思路。

| Abstract: | The factors which holding back the development of Chinese tennis are studied from the perspective of sociology and training.The slow socialization,the old system of sport training and the sport training level are looked as the key factors.This paper puts forward new thoughts about the development of Chinese tennis.Chinese tennis should be on the way of industrialization.The tennis players should be professional and the leadership of the coaches should be improved. |
