| 摘 要： | 梯队构建是研究生导师队伍建设的核心问题，论文分析了当前研究生培养单位导师梯队构建过程中存在的问题。提出通过坚持学术导向，引进和培养学科、方向带头人，创新遴选机制，完善导师培训、考核机制，营造团结合作氛围等措施，合理构建导师梯队，促进导师队伍的可持续发展。
