| 摘 要： | 对我国当前工科研究生创新能力培养的现状和问题进行分析，在常熟理工学院产学研背景下探讨了提高工科研究生创新能力培养问题，提出了企业工程现场启发式培养、企业工作站培养、创业孵化园培养和卓越计划培养等培养模式，这些模式也可为其他学科的研究生创新能力培养提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation and problems on cultivation of engineering graduates＂ innovation ability, discusses several cultivation modes to improve this ability under the background of CEEUSRO. Such modes as enterprise project site heuristic training, enterprise workstations training, venture incubator training and excellent plan training proposed in the article provide reference for graduates＂ innovation ability in other disciplines. |
