| 摘 要： | 通过EFE矩阵法、IFE矩阵法等现代分析手段对长城汽车的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行客观综合定量分析，可以看出，长城汽车股份有限公司目前拥有一个良好的内外部环境，建议企业将“强化战略”作为总的发展战略，并将其作为今后一段时间企业发展的“指南针”，最终实现企业的战略目标。

| Abstract: | By EFE matrix method,IFE matrix analysis and other modern means,Great Wall Motor＇s strengths,weak-nesses,opportunities,threats are analyzed objectively and comprehensively. The result shows Great Wall is in a favor-able internal and external environment currently. We suggest it make ＂enhanced strategy＂ as the overall development strategy and the compass in the coming periods,and ulti-mately achieve corporate strategic goals. |
