| 摘 要： | 金银纸是潮州民俗活动中常用的祭祀品.为了挖掘地方文化精华服务于教育,以金银纸为研究对象,探讨了与金银纸密切相关的锡箔的加工、焚烧,以及锡箔灰回收等过程中蕴含的化学现象,揭示了各环节物理、化学变化存在的科学原理,实现了区域文化中化学文化的提炼,给课堂教学提供了丰富的原始素材.

| Abstract: | Gold and Silver Paper is commonly used in folk sacrifice activities and ceremonies in Chaozhou. In order to discover the essence of local culture and serve for education, in this paper, Gold and Silver Paper is researched, exploring the processing and incineration of tinfoil closely related to Gold and Silver Paper and the chemical phenomenon in the recycling process of tinfoil ash. This study reveals the scientific principles of the physical and chemical changes in each link, realizes the refining of chemical culture from local culture and provides abundant original material for classroom teaching. |
