| 摘 要： | 科学精英获得权威并不在于作出贡献之时,而在于得到承认之日,他们成为权威人士不仅是一个知识过程,更是一个社会过程.科学精英由于其显赫的学术地位和非凡的社会公信力,扮演着多种权威角色,这些角色之间构成了权威角色丛.在科学精英扮演的权威角色中,知识权威是其在学术生涯中扮演的主导角色,导师权威、科研管理权威、公共决策权威则是在知识权威的基础上,通过角色交叉和角色转换形成的追加权威.其中,导师权威、科研管理权威就是来自科学共同体内部的"同质"追加,而公共决策权威则是由科学外部力量赋予科学精英的"异质"追加.
