| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业既有助于提高企业竞争力,也可能使企业面临的风险加大.根据虚拟企业风险分析与控制的原理,将虚拟企业项目分解成若干个任务(节点),建立虚拟企业的节点及整个联盟的风险评价模型,即用主观与客观方法相结合的模糊线性规划的赋权方法,确定各评价指标的权重,分别集结出每个项目结点的风险度,再用传递熵的方法计算出参与评价的每个专家的权重,集结出每个结点的风险度,最后计算出整个联盟项目的综合风险度,并给出了具有代表意义的案例,验证了模型的可行性.
