| Abstract: | Focusing on the training theme of "Jianlan School Brain Helps Education and Teaching Reform", Hangzhou Jianlan Middle School has initiated the research on the digital smart training platform of teachers relying on the School Brain. Taking teachers’ core quality as the core, the school designs a "teacher portrait" data platform from the two basic dimensions of teacher evaluation and teacher professional development, comprehensively collects and records the track of teachers’ cultivating and teaching behavior, forms a "teacher portrait" at various levels, reflects and evaluates teachers’ cultivating and teaching behavior from multiple dimensions, and points out the development direction of the strongest growth point, so as to promote teachers’ professional development and all-round growth. |
