| 摘 要： | 为了提高城市管理的质量和效率,解决城市管理过程中的现场执法困难,规范执法流程,有必要建立基于无线联网的移动执法信息系统。该系统利用个人数字助理PDA,实现城市管理人员现场执法、取证、现场处罚、法规查询、任务分派与回复以及人员定位等问题,实现现场录入、现场打印、共享资源的实时查询等功能。应用结果表明,基于个人数字助理PDA的移动执法系统能提高城管执法效率,提升城市管理水平。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality and efficiency of city management,and to standardize law enforcement process,it is necessary to establish the mobile law enforcement information system based on wireless network. The system uses a personal digital assistant（PDA） to solve problems such as city management on-site law enforcement, evidence collection,punishment,law query,task allocation and reply as well as the personnel positioning locator and scheduling,and to realize on the scene inputting,printing,real-time inquiry of shared resources. The results of application show that,the mobile law enforcement system based on personal digital assistant（PDA） can improve the efficiency of urban management and law enforcement and heighten the level of city management. |
