| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是教育工作者当前一项重要工作，教学方法的改革则为实施素质教育的重要环节，本文阐述了在中等师范学校进行教法改革必须坚持的创造性原则，主体性原则，激励性原则，实践性原则，并介绍了通过启发式教学，开展课堂讨论，运用现代化教学手段，创设活动课程以及改革实验教学等方式来培养学生的创新意识和实践能力，促进学生 德智体全面发展的教法改革新经验。

| Abstract: | At present,carrying out all-round quality education is one of the most important tasks for the educators,besides,the reform of education has come up with the critical link for it.This paper has thrown light on the principles about creation,subject motivation and practicality,all of which we must stick to during the course of education reform in normal school.What's more,it elaborate the new experience in the teaching reform.The experience arose from the enlightening teaching,class discussion,modern teaching techniques,the creative course and the reform of experiments.All these steps play a role in bringing up the student's sense of creation and practical ability,improving the students all-round development of moral,intellectual and physical education. |
