摘    要:企业核心竞争力是企业发明新技术、开发独特产品、发展营销手段的能力。培育和壮大企业核心竞争力 ,能保持企业长盛不衰。培育核心竞争力要根植于企业系统 :开发、合理配置高级管理层资源 ,维持其一致性 ;根据企业战略意图 ,全面提高员工素质 ,形成一项或几项关键技术 ;集中企业资源从事某一领域专业化经营。

Abstract:The nuclear power of an enterprise refers to the creation of new technology techniques,the development of unique products ,the ability of increasing marketing means and keeping the persistent prosperity of the enterprise.To foster and reinforce the nuclear competitive power of an enterprise,it is essential to explore and reasonably distribute resources of advaced managers and maintain their consistence;according to the strategic aim of an enterprise,wholly improve the quality of the staff,form one or several critical techniques to concentrate the resources of an enterprise on specialized management in a certain field.Fostering the nuclear competitive power should be based on the enterprise system.
