| Abstract: | The nature of teacher-training is the characteristics and the requirement for teacher-training. In the continuation education of the middle school teachers, the nature of teacher-training should be much valued by establishing optimizing and rational course system, building a faculty team with high qualification and ability, and creating a good humanity environment. |
