| 摘 要： | 把现代人力资源的管理与开发中职业生涯开发的理念运用于教师职业,已成为现代教师职业发展与教育的首要问题。为此,学校应当明确教师职业生涯的各个不同阶段的主要内容,科学地指导其职业生涯的发展,使他们获得职业的成功。
