| 摘 要： | 本文根据独立学院发展现状,结合物流管理专业毕业生在社会应用中实际反馈的情况,有针对性地提出:独立院校物流管理专业应着重培养基于“供应链运作管理”能力需求的应用型人才.并通过对现有物流管理专业实践教学的规划设计,制定相关实践教学框架,进而提出改革实施的具体措施.

| Abstract: | According to the current development situation of independent colleges and the feedback of graduates working in logistics,this paper suggested that the logistics management major of independent colleges should focus on cultivating application-oriented talents who have the ability required by supply chain operation management. By re-designing the practice teaching framework of logistics management major,the paper also put forward some specific methods to carry out the reform in practice teaching. |
