| 摘 要： | 对海军工程大学学位与研究生教育30多年的发展历程进行了总结提炼,提出了办适应部队需要的学位与研究生教育,必须坚持瞄准海军建设需求,狠抓学科专业建设;必须坚持遵循人才培养规律,优化人才培训体系;必须坚持强化共同育人职责,狠抓研究生教育管理。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the 30 years’ development of Naval University of Engineering’s degree and graduate education.It puts forward several principles that we should abide by in order to meet the needs of the navy.Firstly,what we provide should conform to the needs of naval construction,and focus on academic subject’s development.Secondly,we should keep on following the law of cultivating talents,and optimize the system of talent training.Lastly,we should keep on enhancing the responsibility of nurturing talented persons,and make great efforts to improve the quality of management of graduate education. |
