| Abstract: | This paper analyses how to establish a vision planning mechanism oriented to sustainable development on library cooperation. It points out that this kind of vision planning relates to the professional cooperation,planning means together with technique,decision,the quality of participator,organization order,culture and so on.It should be in concert with other function of cooperation administration, continuously innovate in the opening environment,and continually stir each other to the development demands and its changes of consumer and partner. |
