| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国中小企业取得了飞速发展，在国民经济中占据着举足轻重的地位。然而，随着全球金融危机的爆发及我国经济结构的转型，中小企业创新能力低下、产品品质低端化问题突出，企业竞争力较差，生存和发展问题受到挑战。从中小企业科技创新的优势视角和所存在问题出发，分析中小企业加强科技创新的必要性，提出具体的思路。希望对中小企业走出困境、重创辉煌有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | Since the beginning of the reform and open policy,our country＇s small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved a swift development,and have got a pivatal status in our country＇s economy.However,along with the eruption of the world finanical crisis and the reforming of our ecnomic structure,they are facing a challenge in their survival and development with their low innovative ability,low quality in products,and poor or weak conpetitive power, This paper analyzes the necessity for them to strengthen their scientific innovation,and gives some concrete mentalities. |
